Service Dog Vest

My new property managers not only forced me to have to pay almost two months of rent at once.. but also say my service dog, with all proper paper work as well as a federal registration needs to have a vest on to "Avoid confusion".... so now I have to get a vest with ID card (service dog vest)...... for a legit proper code ethical vest with ID card it's around $300 I don't have the money but could really use the help... if any one can help with anything please let me know thank you all for the help guys .... everything and anything helps
