Trying to cover vet bills and rent

First, this can be categorized under "Pets" as well as "Emergencies." Second, many of you wonderful people have already helped me out, and I don't expect you to do it again. (In fact, I'd refuse your kindness, as rude as that may be.) But I'm still hurting because of my cancer-stricken kitty's vet visits, which right now are every three weeks. My means of securing rent lately is untenable and turns my stomach; my disability application (chronic migraines and depression) was turned down again and now I have to wait for a hearing, which I can't do. I never could have imagined a year ago that I'd be in this position now. And I've been applying for jobs--though more work will make me sicker because of all the medication I'd have to take to be moderately effective--for two years without a bite, so I doubt I'll find something in time to make February rent. I don't know where else to turn, though yes, waitressing or temping are next on my list. I'm all too aware that many, many other people have fought harder with less on their side.
