Fundraising for our dear friend Susanta Palit

Loving husband, first-time father-to-be and only son to his parents, Susanta Palit, 38, passed away on Monday morning ( 09/23/2019 ) due to multiple events of cardiac arrest.
On Thursday, September 19, it was a normal day and Susanta was about to leave for work when he experienced chest pain. The emergency responders immediately arrived at the scene after the 911 call. The following three days were full of anxiety and hope involving periods of improvement and struggle. Finally, on Monday morning, his heart gave up and all the efforts to revive him (for 3 hrs) were futile and we lost an adorable soul.
Susanta is a healthy-looking young man with no trace of any illness. His sudden death has left his near and dear staggered by the gravity of the grim future that awaits his pregnant wife and aged parents. At this hour of grief, his family needs more than our prayers to lessen the financial burden. This fundraiser has been organized by family and friends to help to send the remains of Susanta Palit from Portland, Oregon to Kolkatta, India and to support the funeral and memorial expenses. Complete integrity is promised for this fundraiser and all the donation shall be directed to Susanta’s wife Angana Basu. PS: The money raised from the donation campaign shall be extremely useful to cover transportation expenses (which we are yet to receive from the funeral house) to send Susanta’s belongings to India and to support His wife and their to be born child along with his aged parents future expenses.
