With a mandate to suspend all "non essential" services in the SF Bay Area, Xingones, like many small businesses and restaurants, have been forced to shut down entirely.
This fundraiser is to support our small, yet irreplaceable team who have been laid off and will be unemployed into the near, unforeseeable future. As most of us know, many workers throughout the food and service industry represent some of the most vulnerable among us. Leaving them with little to no eligibility and/or access of benefits to cover costs such as rent, food, bills and child care.
We are urging our customers, partners, neighbors, friends & colleagues to donate. NO AMOUNT IS TOO LITTLE! With the money raised we will be able to provide 2 weeks pay to our, entire at risk staff to help them through these increasingly uncertain times.
