Brother in need

I would like to introduce you to Jeremy. He is a 34 year-old, kind-hearted man who just recently received life changing news. At age 17 he was diagnosed with wegners granualomatosis, an auto-immune disease that has robbed him of vision in one eye and complete hearing loss in his right ear. The disease has now attacked his kidneys and had caused almost complete kidney failure. After a recent biopsy it was found he will not be able to recover any lost function in his kidneys and will have to receive chemo and long term dialysis until he's able to find a donor. Our goal is to help Jeremy raise money to obtain reliable transportation in order to make the hour trip three times a week to get his dialysis. We would also like to help cushion some of the costs of transportation back and forth to chemo and dialysis. This will help relieve one of the many struggles he has to deal with. Although you may not know Jeremy, he is a good friend, brother and son who could use a helping hand. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and we thank you in advance!
