Our son Chase has a complex venous-lymphatic malformation with Lesion's in his right plural space, abdomen and groin. These are painful especially during flare-ups. It has caused his plural space to fill up and collapse his lung. He has 2 MRIs a year. Has to have a port for infusions and blood draws. His medication causes him to have high blood pressure and enemia. Today he's in the hospital because he had to have an emergency mastoidectomy and has blood clots in the back of his head. Hel need lifelong medical care. There is no cure and it can not be removed.
