Pete Rohl...Friend, Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Co-worker and to some affectionately known simply as "Coach Pete"...
What can we say other than he is in the fight of his life right now, more so than EVER before. This campaign is for his children. To provide for them some form of comfort and means to afford the very basic necessities as this battle against Cancer rapidly steals Pete away from us all.
Since the haunting diagnosis in 2011 of CLL, Pete has bravely and quietly fought day in and day out, maintaining a sense of quiet, stone dignity and bravery on the outside while all the while, CLL was waging war against him on the inside. For the past 4 long years, Pete and his family have kept the faith and stayed strong in the face of adversity, many times getting good news that hes doing so much better and feels great. Many of you reading this have already stepped forth once before with your support and the family is so thankful for that. And here we are today...
Now, June 2015, the CLL has transformed within his cells to a new diagnosis of Ritchers Lymphoma. PEte has spent the better part of 4-5 weeks in the hospital and recently was discharged by his attending Oncologists. The outlook is far from pleasant.
With Petes permission and family acceptance, I have created this campaign for the children, as we ask that you come forth with your hearts and give what you can afford to this fine family, to set up a trust for the children in Pete's legacy. The children; Marissa (21), Nick (19), Jarred (16), Meghan (10) need your support now more than ever. Please donate generously and maintain vigilance with prayers as the battle rages on.
