Save the Skylark

My name is Brad Reynolds.  My Father-in-law Jeff Carsey recently passed away after a long illness. The skylark pictured is his. His wife, my Mother-in-law, Delilah is going to be forced to sell this 1971 skylark in order to help pay funeral costs and other bills. Jeff was very proud of his car and loved to be able to take it to cruise-ins and car shows.
 I am very disappointed that something Jeff loved so much will be going away from his family. I also worry that she will not be able to get a fair price for it from a buyer whos only intention is to resell it.

 


The intent of this plea for help is to allow me to purchase the car from her so that it can be kept and driven in memorium to local events as he would have wanted. Any  and all help will be greatly appreciated. Any funds collected over the asked amount will be given directly to Delilah to help keep her afloat financially in this time of change.
