Help needed for cervical spine injuries

I have worked for the past 20 years, and unfortunately over past 3 months been unable to continue. I have recently found out I have 5 herniated discs in my neck causing severe stenosis and pinching of nerves coming out of spinal canal. I live everyday in pain and it's been a struggle to find medications to work at managing the pain.i have been referred to a neurosurgeon but wait list is long. I have no insurance money coming in and bills are adding up fast. I have always been too proud to reach out for help, however I am now in a position that I have no choice. Every little bit helps. I'm hoping to be able to re-enter work force but unfortunately I'm stuck waiting on the medical system.  I'm swallowing my pride and ask for help.
