Help Steve Get Back On His Feet

Hello world, my name is Steve. For the past year I've been working very hard trying to get my life back on track and finally I was there for a little bit. Unfortunately Thursday night I fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed my car that I haven't even paid off yet into a tree. I'm grateful that no one else was hurt and that I made it out of the accident not only alive but without any life threatening injuries. However I live in a rural area (Jamul) where unless you have a car it is impossible for you to get around and while I've been making due asking for rides to and from work I can only do this for so long. It's making it difficult for me to get to and from work which I of course need to do in order to get my life back on track financially.
Anyone who knows me personally knows me that I'm a humble person and absolutely do not like asking anyone for help unless it were my last resort, but will always extend a helping hand to whoever may need it at the time; beit giving someone money to buy food, gas, etc. Unfortunately this is my last resort and I'm hoping that my friends, family, and maybe even the rest of the world will show me the genorosity that I show them without even thinking twice about it. I honestly don't know how many people are willing to help me out at this point nor how much they're willing to help which is why I didn't even know where to set my goal for how much I'm trying to raise. 
Not only do I need to finish paying off my car but I still need to see a doctor since I've ben having back pains after the accident. So at this point I'm asking anyone to help however they can help. I can't even begin to put into words how much I would appreciate the help and will personally reach out to each and every individual who helps me out to thank them personally. For now I send you all love and hope you can help me.
