Medical expenses for my sister

My younger sister was involved in a motorcycle accident in the Philippines. She had a hemorrhage in her brain, and needed surgery right away. Her skull is severely damaged and the Medical attention that she needs is really expensive. We can only afford so much especially since we are a poor family.
