Miss Knapek's Kinders

My kindergarten class is full of eager learners who are looking forward to starting school for the first time. These students deserve materials that are going to aid in their growth and help them be successful. One way would be by bringing flexible seating to my room which allows students to sit on various seats that help them focus and be comfortable. Another way to bring focus to my room would be by adding book bins to help in the classroom library. This will help the area stay organized so books are easy to locate and will enhance my students’ love for reading by also creating a warm classroom environment.  Lastly, I would like to bring more art supplies into my classroom. My students go to art class once a week and I feel this is not enough for their little creative minds. I would like to have enough supplies to allow my students to have an art center during daily free time.  These supplies will help my classroom environment and will allow my students to explore a more creative side.
