Ann Crabtree's Car Fund

We've all been a little down on our luck before. For my best friend Ann, that started about three years ago, when her beloved Jeep puttered out. Setback but undeterred, she scraped to save up for a new car, living at her parents and working wherever she could.
She neared her goal.
Then, a truly unfortunate series of events sucked up all that money it had taken her years to pull together.
She kept plucking along. Then she got laid off.
Her new job doesn't pay nearly as much, but she's putting away what she can.
It's not nearly enough.
Now, with her dad about to undergo eye surgery, she's worried about being able to keep even that job. With one car in the family, he's the one who drives her and her stepmom to work.
I know it's a busy time of year -- lots of needs; lots of money being spent. But please consider donating to help my friend Ann get back her life, her sense of worth and her optimism, and set her up for something better in 2017.
