Emergency Housing needs

Hi, My name is Charles.  I am disabled, a veteran, and live off of SSI.  This last month I was setting up a new payee for my disability check and in the process, my old payee took all of my money from last month.  I am now in the process of being evicted, my power and water get turned off on Halloween, and the little food that I do have is going to spoil.  I'm lost, stuck and in a real tight bind at the moment.  If anyone can help in any way, I appreciate and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
