On June 6, 2015, I had to rush my kitten to the emergency vet. Reminiscent of the show, "I didn't know I was pregnant," I received a huge shock! Not only did I find out that my kitten Lobocroc was a girl, I also found out she was pregnant! When I first adopted the kitten, I had been informed that 1) the cat was male, and 2) the cat had been fixed. This obviously was not the case. Unfortunately, she was much too young to have kittens. She is not even a year old. She struggled to have them, and finally delivered four kittens on Sunday, June 7, 2015.  Those were all bottle fed and have been adopted out.

Since then, I decided to continue rescuing kittens especially when LA shelters are notorious for high kill volumes. There are many feral cats where we live. With the proper care, they are as sweet as any other cat. We have had several litters, and I do find homes for them. I don't ask for rehoming fees, just want them to go to good homes. I have been paying out of pocket for food and all their care. This is the first time I have ever asked, and I am not asking for myself, but for very cute kittens. Local shelters are either full or as a policy euthanize kittens who are not yet weaned. Because the mothers are young, or they are too weak, the kittens need to also be bottle fed. I don't mind putting in the time. These kittens deserve a chance to live.

Thank you!!!!

UPDATE:  One of the 3 month old tuxedo kittens has a broken hind leg. It will cost about $500 for X-rays and treatment. Please help. The vet can't extend credit anymore.

If you cannot give, I completely understand, but please spread the word. You can follow all our kitten rescues on Instagram International House of Rescues @lobocroc_kitty Thank you again.
