WSMSA School Yard Habitat

Westside Middle School Academy’s 8th grade STEM Program is working on our capstone project that we will be completing throughout the rest of the year. This will be the last project we will be completing as 8th graders at WSMSA. We will be building a schoolyard habitat. This is an outdoor classroom that will double as a bird sanctuary for the local bird population. This classroom will help students connect with nature and find ecological issues within our community and find ways to fix these issues through problem solving. This will help not only our school but our entire community. However, in order to complete this project we will need to raise 1,500 dollars. So we are here to ask you to help us.
