Hi, my name is Russell Hayes and i've created this campaign to raise money for my dental work. As you may know, dental work can be quite expensive and me and my parents cannot afford the high cost of treatment. This campaign has been made to help with such costs.
After not brushing for quite some time my teeth have gotten rather brittle and have lost a lot of enamel. This has led to cavities and quite a lot of pain.
I now have four molars all with cavities that need to be repaired.
This will entail a root canal and a crown for each tooth. The amount for each tooth is around 900 dollars so in total that will amount to around 3600 dollars.
I'll be raising the money one tooth at a time so the amount is set at 1000 dollars.
Any money received shall go towards first those four molars and after that four front teeth that need to be removed and after that a partial denture to replace missing teeth.
Any funds left over will be used to pay for any additional work that may be needed.
This is urgent because the four molars can still be saved but if nothing is done soon they will have to be removed.
Their removal would leave me unable to eat properly so any donations towrd the work will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying hard to get work but it's quite hard since i have not really held a job in years. Both of my parents are working as i try to find work but we can still not easily afford the high cost of my dental work.
I am putting in many applications but due to my lack of work experience it is quite hard to get hired. When i do get a job i will post an update but in the meantime i will need to depend on donations for the dental work .
once i have a job i shall instead use this campaign to help with other expenses, if any.

So here is the story: Sometime around early 2011 i stopped brushing my teeth. I can't remember exactly why but i ceased brushing entirely and sometime in 2012 the first signs of decay appeard when some enamel chipped off of a front tooth.
Others soon followed and by 2014 i had all front 4 teeth badly chipped. In july of that year i started to try to get to the dentist but because of finanical constraints and insurance issues i could not get anything done until early 2015.
I was only able to get a few teeth repaired before we were met with more final issues. In August of 2015 one of my front teeth broke in half.
Later in late october a molar on the left side began to chip and soon developed a bad cavity. In April of 2016 another front tooth broke in two leaving me with no fully intact front teeth as the other two had also gotten damaged as well.
I was finally able to get the decayed molar along with
another one that had since decayed in February of this year. This has left me only able to chew on the left side.
All these troubles with my teeth has left me quite often depressed and worried about further decay of my teeth along with stress brought on from pain and finacial issues.
Life is quite hard with bad teeth what with all of the constant worry and irritation.
My teeth are all i can think of sometimes an d the regret at not brushing can really get me down sometimes.
I am sorry that i did not take proper care of my teeth. Rest assured that i am all ready brushing at least twice a day and using mouth wash to try and prevent further decay.
Once all of the work has been done i will take care of my teeth so you can be sure that your kindness will not be in vain.
