Family on the verge of homelessness

First off, thank you for taking the time to read this. My family has fallen upon hard times and I'm reaching out to anyone who is willing to help. I have for kids ranging from ages 10 to 16. With the recent storms, my house has started crashing around me; almost literally. The roof above my disabled in-laws part of the house has fallen right off the building which caused the foundation to shift and begin failing. Shortly after the roof fell, part of the foundation in the basement fell and nearly knocked over our oil tank. Right now I am doing my best to keep it held up with what little bit of resources I have at the moment but I fear this won't last long and I'm afraid my children will get seriously injured if something were to happen. I am desperately trying to sell the house to someone who can fix it up but I have had no luck. I still owe a very good chunk of cash to the person I bought it from, but I am more worried about the safety of my children at the moment. I have found a reasonably priced apartment downstate that will fit my income and my family's needs but I cannot afford to move since my wife and myself are on a fixed income. My insurance is trying to drop me which will violate my contract with the person I bought the house from, which means I will lose the house. Even if they don't drop me, I cannot afford the $10,000+ it'll take to save my house and keep a roof over my kids and my in-laws heads. More importantly, I have a child with Asperger who needs a stable, safe home; as well as a very ill mother-in-law who is permanently on oxygen and can do little for herself. Any little bit helps.
