WP Make a Difference Costa Rica

On this 8-day unforgettable adventure, you’ll discover breathtaking volcanoes, serene lakes and what it means to change people’s lives forever. From San José to Coastal Puntarenas, their experience will leave a mark on both the locals they will encounter, as well as on themselves.

Nine Warren-Prescott 6th graders along with two teachers will be traveling on this amazing journey. We are raising funds that will be used to offset trip fees, provide tips for tour guides and drivers, and 
 enrich a Costa Rican school with gifts of notebooks, pens, erasers -- all basic supplies that few students here can afford.  Students will learn how rural communities are working to give their children educational opportunities in extremely difficult conditions, often with dozens of students in all different grades taught in a single classroom.
