World Record attempt for The Miracle Babies

Hey guys!!
As many of you know, I was, in fact, born three months prematurely! I suffered a collapsed lung, required heart surgery and weighed just 935g at birth. I can’t begin to think about how hard this must have been on my family at the time!!

Fortunately I pulled through and continued on leading a healthy childhood. Late in my twenties, however, after falling in to a life of some very unhealthy habits, I had ballooned out to 132kg and was told by the doctors that I would not live to reach 40 if I continued down this path. It was at this stage that I also came across The Miracle Babies Foundation. This was a charity who’s mission was to achieve 'better, healthier outcomes for newborns & their families challenged by prematurity & sickness.” It really struck a chord with me and it inspired my drive to lose weight and become the best version of me possible.

Now, 28 marathons on, I am taking on this huge challenge. I will be attempting to break the Guinness Book of World Records attempt as the fastest male to finish a marathon in highland dress and I will be raising some funds for The Miracle Babies along the way. The current record stands at 3:21

Id be forever grateful if you can delve into those pockets and contribute great or small to this amazing foundation and help out my fellow premmie bubs and their families!!

Thanks in advanced guys!
cheers
