Work Van's Transmission Died HELP!
I'm a small business electrician, got started on my own in 2003. Have had my share of up's and down's recently and I am reaching out for help. I am the bread winner, my wife doesn't work as she cares for our son that is disabled and she has health issues as well. I've become one of the top rated electricians in Knoxville and surrounding areas on Home Advisor and Angie's List. Working for myself has allowed me to step in and take our kids, wife and mother-in-law to doctor appts. But without my work van I don't know how I will manage. I'm not one to ask for help, but the work horse van, 2011 Ford E350 needs to have the transmission rebuilt. The van was bought new with 34 miles a little over 5 years ago and now has 97,638.
Our son has Distal Arthrogryposis and Hydrocephalus and only has use of one arm. My mother in law is diabled and cannot drive, relies on us to drive her to
appointments. I really have no one to ask for help as my father is deceased and my mother has breast cancer. I've always been the one to jump up and help others, always dependable and reliable. We own our home, live a simple life, volunteer for animal organizations and always try to pay it forward. Our savings is depleted after my wife had to have knee surgery and we cannot afford health insurance.
If you can help, any amount at all will be appreciated. I don't know what else to do.
