I'm Dianne Davis, the owner of DL Media, a full-service marketing/media company in Nixa, Mo. I have been chosen by the Springfield Business Journal as one of this year's 20 Most Influential Women. This annual event is the largest fundraiser each year for the local nonprofit organization Women In Need of the Ozarks.
Each honoree is challenged to fill a purse with donations prior to the awards event held on October 13th in Springfield. My goal is to raise $3,500 for this fantastic organization and I need your help!
For 10+ years, WIN has been fortunate to partner with Springfield Business Journal and their celebration of The 20th Most Influential women each year. This year the honorees are having a friendly competition to see who can “fill their purses” with the most money for WIN. The winner will receive recognition at the luncheon on October 13th.
Women In Need of the Ozarks has been assisting struggling working women since 2003. They are a not-for-profit organization designed to improve our local community by providing Women In Need the opportunity to enhance their self-esteem. WIN fills the gaps other agencies provide too slowly – or not at all for many women. They pledge to provide resources necessary to enable Women In Need to become women of strength and provide reinforcement as they develop the qualities of compassion, professionalism, and motivation.
100% of money raised will to this organization. I'm sure WIN can send donation receipts to donors for tax purposes if needed.
