Winter rent, car repairs, and dog care

After a series of car repair emergencies, freelance contractors not paying me for work done, and personal illnesses, I find myself unable to make December's rent and pay for my dog's vet bills.

I need funds as soon as possible, as rent is due December 3 (I can pay after that, with a late fee) and my 13.5-year-old dog needs senior blood tests and X-rays so that we can find an arthritis medication that works for him. (He can't take the commonly prescribed Rimadyl as it causes bleeding for him.) 

My original plan was to sell a piece of jewelry I own to try to make at least some of this payment, but a back injury has basically left me bed-bound for the last few days. Additionally, my vehicle has been in need of repairs for the last two months and undriveable for the last 6 weeks.

The good news is I have someone who can help with my car next week, and the cost of that is already covered unless something unforeseen comes up. But in the short term, I need to be able to cover my rent, utilities, and my dog's vet bills.
