Wimmera Whippets All-Abilities FNC

The Wimmera Whippets All Abilities Football Netball program began in 2014 and will be entering its third season in 2016. The Wimmera Regional Sports Assembly (WRSA) have been the program coordinators since the beginning and are actively assisting disadvantaged individuals seeking inclusion.

The Whippets play in the Football Integration Development Association against teams in the Western Region of Victoria including Hamilton, Ballarat, Grampians and Hampden. 

As of the 7th of April, the Whippets are only football and netball teams so the WRSA are hoping to take the next step into helping the Whippets become a sustainable club for future generations. 

The money raised from GoFundMe will go towards ensuring we can provide assistance to all players, families, members and volunteers as we achieve our goal of transitioning into a club. This will include assistance with travel, registration, food, equipment and all other fees that may be incurred.

The Whippets play their first game on ANZAC Day (25th April) against the Grampians Giants at Horsham City Oval and we'd love for you to come down and have a look!

The WRSA would be extremely grateful for any donations however big or small although, the highest value of gratitude would come straight from the players, or as we like to call them 'superstars' and members of the Whippets who are able to participate in an open sporting platform free of exclusion!
