Willow's Journey

Please help Willow on her road to recovery. This is the story of a little cat and her family that has been to hell and back in the last 48 hours. What started off as a normal day has turned into a nightmare.
Sadie (Willow's owner) is a true hero in the animal world, and has worked tirelessly to help reunite lost furbabies. She has also adopted little Millie Hope,a little dog who was abandoned and unloved, and needed major surgery and treatment due to the state she was found in.
Willow and her son, SJ, were out to play as normal, when Willow was heard meowing. Upon opening the door, Sadie found that Willow had been involved in an accident and had suffered severe injuries to her leg. Little SJ (Willow's son), was missing and had also been involved in the same RTA. As you can imagine, Sadie and Ruth were frantic, they needed to get Willow to the emergency vet for treatment, but also needed to find little SJ.
At the vets it was confirmed that Willow's leg was badly broken and would need major surgery to either pin the bones, or amputate if pinning was not possible. Willow was left in the safe hands of the vet, so that Sadie and Ruth could return home and search for little SJ. Posters were shared frantically on social media and local searches were happening too but to no avail, and it became too dark to continue.
At first light, the search continued, but sadly SJ was found having crossed to Rainbow Bridge. He had curled himself into a little ball under a parked car, and died. Sadie has retrieved her beloved boy and taken him to be cremated so that his ashes can be returned back home, where he belongs.
Willow has had her operation and to date, her treatment has cost over £1900. Sadly she is not insured, but Sadie will do whatever is necessary to make her better. Losing little SJ has been devastating, they cant lose Willow too.
Our plea to you all is to try and save this much loved furbaby, and give her the treatment and aftercare that she is going to need. We ask you if you could spare even just a few pounds towards this vast vets bill that has been accrued to date. The bill in itself is bad enough, but it is so close to Christmas too. Let's help this little family and show them true Christmas spirit, and support them in getting little SJ back home, and Willow the treatment that she needs.
