William Weld is cancer free!

Donation protected
Avery saved William Weld's  life.

Avery is Williams 4-year-old daughter. She accidentally kicked him in the groin in the beginning of the summer.

When the pain got worse instead of better, William went to the doctor. Upon examining him, the doctor immediately suspected cancer and quickly ordered an orchidectomy (removal of testicle). Testing showed that he did indeed have testicular cancer--and that it had spread further than the doctor had thought. He needed intensive chemotherapy to stop it from spreading through out his lymph system. He recieved 4 weeks of chemo over a 12 week period.

On September 18th--following the worst summer of his life--William got the wonderful news that he was indeed cancer free! Now William can get back to taking care of Avery and getting back to work.

This is where we all come in--although he does have insurance he has a $7000 deductible. He has also been out of work since starting the chemo, and has racked up quite a subtantial pile of bills as a result. We are hoping to raise $10,000 to put towards his bills and to help him get back on his feet.

We are asking anyone and everyone to pitch in a little bit to help out. And we mean it when we say ANY AMOUNT will help--even if its just $5 it will help. We appreciate any amount you can give.

If you know William, you know he is an amazing fellow and an incredible father. You know that if you were in his shoes, William would be at the front of the line to help you. We, his brothers, love him very much and want to see him thriving again as soon as possible.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
Richard and George Weld
