My name is Danny Riley, I am the head of MrTopStep.com. If you do not mind I would like to tell you how WB and I met, and what a lasting impression he made on me.
WB was introduced to me by a friend. I knew right from the first second I met him that he was not your average 'bear', and I dove over to meet him. My company, unlike many of the others, actually 'helps' people lean to trade the S&P 500 futures. I remember sitting down with him and shaking hands, and we talked and talked, and it was then that I asked him to become part of my company. He told me he didn't have very much extra cash, and I told him that we could make a service around his knowledge where he could share his work and MrTopStep would promote and sell his 'stuff'. He said right away that he would like to do that, and from there we set up and built a service around his trading ideas. We had lunch together, and had such a nice time, that when we said goodbye and on the drive back I thought about what an extraordinary person he was.
As the owner of a popular internet company there are certain ways that things have to be done, but as time went by, we learned he had his ways, and that was how we ended up doing things : ) You know the old saying 'you cant teach an old dog new tricks,' and we just let him do it his way!
For the last few years WB lit up our forum. Hundreds if not thousand, of people got to know who he was and what he did. He was really an amazing man!
The proceeds from this page will go directly to WB's family to help with memorial costs.
