USA Taekwondo qualified our son William Cunningham to the 2019 Cadet World Championship Team in the -49 kg. division! They acknowledged all of his efforts and successes throughout the year and look forward to represent the US at the 2019 Cadet World Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on August 7-10, 2019.
As parents we're currently under budget to cover our son's expenditures to Uzbekistan. We greatly appreciated your extra financial assistance or sponsorship at this point of time to fulfill his dream to become an Olympian someday. The funds collected was for his Flight/Hotel/Ground Transportation's/Food/ & Coaching Fee. We thought that this will be funded by USA Taekwondo, but unfortunately its the sole responsibility of the athlete. Thanks for your support and your generous contribution in advance!
William Cunningham - 2019 National Champion, WILDCARD, and Pan American Cadet Champion. He earned his GOLD Medal at the 2019 USA Taekwondo National Championships that just recently held in Minneapolis, MN. His big WIN made him on top of his division and a spot for Cadet World Championships that made him a Cadet World Team Member. There are 55 countries registered for this prestigious event and USA Taekwondo are incredibly proud to be bringing (20 Athletes) a very strong Team USA .
