Wilberforce Walk for Dementia UK

We are a group of Carers and Nurses currently working within a Dementia specialised care home. We are doing a 20 mile walk from Bowness In Windermere to Castlerigg Stone circle on 29th April 2019. With your help we would like to raise money and awareness for Dementia UK.

More information about Dementia UK: Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them, giving the one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions people need.
