Wicker Salt Food Truck

Donation protected
Wicker Salt was born almost overnight.
While making recipes for the food truck I shared the relish with a few friends and family for feedback and before I knew it they wanted more.

It has taken on a life of its own.

This small success of the relish has been somewhat of a catalyst for the first and ultimate goal.
The long-term focus has always been to get the trailer finished and operational.

From the first thought, menu, recipe, plan and prayer it has always been a ministry.

I didn’t know how or what that would look like, but always knew that I wanted to use the love and passion for food that God has given me to give back into His kingdom.

I’m extremely excited to announce that we have officially partnered with the 25 Group.
www.the25group.org

For those of you that are familiar with the 25 Group then you know how amazing they are.

For everyone else the 25 Group is a small, young, local non-profit that has already made a big impact for God’s kingdom.

It all started with two epic people that just sweat Jesus with the focus to make less least of these.

They are local, but that hasn’t stopped them from making footprints for God all the way across the globe.

We feel that by us linking arms in this way it gives both organizations an opportunity to reach specific individuals that we might not ever reach separately.

By doing so we continue to spread God’s word, through multiple avenues, all while furthering His kingdom and making less least of these.

Beginning from day one, 10% of our revenue will go directly to the 25 Group to support what God is doing through them.

The prep work, gathering equipment, blueprints, menus, recipes and more have already been started.
All the necessary contacts have been made to get the ball rolling.

That is where you come in. We are looking to friends and family to support us in this final push to get the trailer finished, open and ready to take our first orders.

All money donated will go directly towards the purchase of the trailer, outfitting, remainder of the equipment inspection/code fees and our first initial stocking.

We are looking to go in the direction of a modern/industrial look from the logo all the way to the trailer. Something similar to the picture posted below.

We are local to Katy, Texas and plan to stay rooted here in the community and surrounding area.

Our menu will consist of the southern comfort classics but presented with a modern comfort flair.
All of your long time southern favorites served on a homemade biscuit sandwich. Biscuits and gravy will be a staple along with handcut seasoned wedge fries.

When the time comes we hope to see everyone at our launch party, hungry with an appetite.

We can’t express thank you enough to those that have supported us already on the journey and we say a special thank you to all of the future support.

Thank you again!

God Bless
