Wheels For Emily

Hello,
We are the Ryser family and we are trying to raise money to help purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle for our beautiful 8 year old, totally disabled daughter. Emily is a special needs child whom is wheelchair bound, 100% dependent on her family and getting bigger by the day. In her current situation, it is becoming more and more difficult to lift her out of her wheelchair and into her carseat, then load her wheelchair into the back of our truck, often leading to a very wet or frozen wheelchair. This is also beginning to take a toll on her parents physical health.
Our goal is to raise $70,000 for a BraunAbility MXV Wheelchair SUV, as this would best fit for Emily and the family. (We have provided a link at the bottom if you would like to check out this vehicle for yourself.) Unfortunately in the area and enviroment in which we reside, a Wheelchair Accessible Van would not be a good fit as they are not equiped with 4 wheel drive.
If we are able to achieve our goal, this would make Emily and her family's life a lot less stressful when going on outings as well as alleviate some of the physical demands put on her parents, getting her in and out of a vehicle. If we are able to even raise a $1, we would be so blessed. Thank you for taking the time to read this for Emily and her family and thank you for your help.
