Battery & Wheel for Jazzy wheelchai

Ok, New Brunswick, we can do this. My manual wheelchair is about to die. During the winter I got an infection in big left toe and it had to be amputated because I coudn't afford shoes. One of the rear wheels is worn down, the fork on for of the front wheels is completely broken off. 
Someone gave me a Jazzy wheelchair. So far it has taken me 3 months to get 1 battery and 1 wheel. I need 1 more of each to get it on the road. The battery is around $115 dollars . It is a 12V 55AH.
