Wheelchair Accessible Van for Terry

Some of you may know Terry as a former teacher, colleague, church acquaintance, or friend.  We know her as mom.

To say our mother is strong would be an absolute understatement.  She has been dealt her fair share of bad hands over the years.  She has fought through her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, countless surgeries and various health setbacks.   Most recently, her diagnosis has transitioned from relapsing remitting MS to secondary progressive MS, greatly affecting her mobility and independence. 


The Dorris family is asking for your help to raise funds for a wheelchair accessible van. This would allow mom to get to and from appointments as well as afford her more independence to interact with friends and family outside her home.

To have a wheelchair accessible van would support mom to move through this season of her life and enjoy the freedom of accessibility that has been taken from her.
