Wheel Chair Lift for Gracie

Meet Gracie! 
She is an 11yo and has cerebral palsy. I met her on The Bert Show's Bert's Big Adventure when we took her along with 12 other kids with chronic conditions and illnesses to Disney Wolrd with their families. She is a kid with a huge heart who makes everybody's day better.
She loves swimming. She says it makes her feel free because she can be out of her wheelchair and move her arms and legs like every other kid. Her grandma Jan has an above ground pool that she puts in the yard during the Summer so she can swim. Last Summer was the first Summer than Jan couldn't lift her in and out of the pool Dang kids keep growing.
For Gracie, swimming isn't just freedom, it's also amazing physical therapy for her. The more she forces her body to move, the more her brain will forge neural connections and motor skills, and the more indepent and happy she will be as she grows up. A wheel chair lift for her is roughly $2500 and it is my goal to raise the money so that this sweet girl can have the freedom in the water that she loves.
