Christmas items for kids

My family and I, would like to do something this holiday season for kids in need.  We are having a Christmas party for our teenagers and asking their friends to bring gifts to give to kids in need.  We will also be buying gifts as well.  I am asking friends and family if they would like to pitch in and help us in this effort.  I have found a local orphanage that has a list of things they need and will be using this money and my family's money for this list.  Any help would be appreciated, as these kids don't have what a lot of us take for granted.
