Donald Trump Supporter Persecution

Two of my car windows have been smashed in over the last few months. Once in August of 2015 and once in April of 2016. I am certain this is vandalism due to a Donald Trump sticker I have on the back of my car. I live in a very liberal section of Portland. I have been screamed at by my neighbors for being racist and ignorant, so I am confident they have something to do with this. I have never said one word to these people, and have never wronged them in any way. Of course, I can't prove that they are responsible for the damage, and the police will not help me. Please help me pay for the damage to my car, since nobody in America should have their property damaged due to their political beliefs.
