On Friday, September 9,2016, Wendy Reed learned that she was unable to walk...her husband, Bob Reed, took her to the nearest ER for this reason. After completing a cat-scan, Doctors found a large mass on her brain and she was quickly transported to lake Charles memorial hospital to see the neurosurgeon, who after some tests discovered she has a brain tumor. After this she was sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center who informed her that her tumor is inoperable due to the location of it, however, she is set to go back to MD Anderson on Monday, September 19, 2016 for a biopsy and to start chemo and radiation. Wendy & Bob plan to stay in Houston under MD Anderson's care for the first 8 week treatment. This account is setup to raise funds to help Wendy with some of the expenses while going through treatment.
