Math, Science & Dance Project

Starting with a small program for 4 to 7 year-olds in 2013, Wellspring Educational Services has grown over the years, dedicated to offering specialized education to children on the autistic spectrum and/or with other developmental delays. Now offering comprehensive educational programs from Preschool to 8th grade in five different classrooms, as well as after school programs from preschool to high school for the 2017-2018 school year, the expansion continues.

As we plan for the start of 2018, we are excited to augment our school program and after school opportunities to include enrichment activities such as music, dance, library space and science instruction for children with autism and other special needs. We hope that you will help us attain this goal.

With your help, we will purchase materials for music and dance instruction and fun, hands-on science curriculum, materials for multi-sensory learning and furniture. This is an exciting and momentous milestone in Wellspring history and our growth all with the determination to better benefit our Wellspring families by providing students with the nourishing and well-rounded education they deserve.

We can't do it without your support. We are counting on our Wellspring families and the community to help support this monumental addition to our educational services. Last year we graciously received $4200 in donations and were able to offer a variety of activities to our Wellspring students in the Willow rooms. We purchased floor mats, a moon swing, tire swing, trapeze bar, sensory equipment, storage rack, balance beam stepping stones, as well as yoga items to use during movement time. The Willow room has transformed into a great space for movement, sensory-motor play and much more. Thank you Wellspring families and the local community for your support!
