Wellfield school learning area fund

Wellfield school PTFA have been asked to raise funds towards building works that need to be carried out in our small school.  Our fundraising will be a part of the money needed to create additional learning areas so that any child who may need extra support with their work has a quiet area to go to boost  their learning. 
Currently children from KS1 and KS2 are having to use open areas that are very noisy and cause constant distractions which is not conducive to learning, one of the areas used is a landing/hallway/library area that has people constantly passing through and is divided off the hall by a folding curtain which does nothing to stop the noise from PE sessions taking place in the hall. It is extremely difficult just to be heard when you are teaching in these areas.  This money will go to building work to create purpose built learning areas which will be free from noise and distractions and a new library so that our children can become the best learners they can be .   Any donations will be very much appreciated and will definitely benefit our children for years to come, we thank you very much in advance for considering us as a cause worth investing in.
