Wefald's Flood Damage Fund
Donation protected
We've been experiencing a significant amount of rain here on the central coast these past few weeks. While it has been a welcome presence during our drought, today we're also reminded of the dangers it can bring.
Early in the morning of January 9th, a 1.5 acre mudslide flooded Donna and Marty Wefald's home, causing devastating damage. Their floors are soaked in several inches of mud, the cabinets have to be replaced, furniture pieces have been ruined, and the drywall on all of the walls has been damaged, including external walls.
Worst of all, home insurance does not cover any of these costs. The Wefald family is solely accountable for all of these repairs out of pocket.
Any donation you can make would be a big help, and encouragement, to their family. If you are unable to donate, you can still help by sharing this story with your friends and family. Let's extend a helping hand to the Wefald family in this very difficult time of need.
