Wednesday's Miracle on behalf of Katie Woods

19 year old, Wednesday Watkins, was in a bad accident on the night of Friday, February 8th, 2019. A miracle occurred that night. Thanks to the incredible people who pulled her from the vehicle before it was fully engulfed in flames, she is here with us today. She suffered a broken leg, broken ankle and fractured back. She had surgery done all day yesterday, which consisted of a spinal fusion/decompression at L5, with a fusion of the L4, L5 and S1. She then had a separate surgery on her legs which consisted of a rod being put in her right leg, with pins and screws put in her right ankle. Left ankle I am uncertain of surgery details. Today, she has to have her back operated on again, due to a screw being too close to a nerve root, causing numbness from her knee down, on the left leg. Wednesday does not currently have health insurance and we need this miracle to continue for her hospital expenses. She has a long road ahead of her. There are so many of us who love this family unconditionally and would do anything for them in a heartbeat. If we can pull together and make this happen for them, they would be forever grateful, as well as myself. Any amount will help undoubtedly. Prayers are still needed and always welcomed.
