On Saturday March 12th, 2016 after a year of fighting for his life Jacob earned his angel wings. As we sit here as a family trying to figure out the financial aspect of his services, we ask if you find it in your hearts for support to provide him a dignified service. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help towards service costs and to help ease some of the financial and emotional stress towards the Reyes family.
