My dog Angel

Are dog Angel is everything to us, she has helped me in ways I could never imagine a animal doing.. she has a very bad toe that needs surgical attention and is unable to walk on that foot the vet charge was just over 400.00 as I'm am medically disabled Im in desperate need of help.. please help angel to get better so that she can live a happy long life with us I need her so much.
