WASH : Water And Sanitation Hygiene

The South Asian Student Association here at The University of Oklahoma is non-profit organization which is here to spread the Indian culture here on campus and to help the children in need back in the country in India. Not only does SASA serve the OU campus in Norman and surrounding communities, we have partnered with Rotary International’s to help communities in India. Rotary International has created a program to develop sustainable water, sanitation, hygiene (which is referred to as WASH). With your help, we can provide clean water, better sanitation, teacher training, and hygiene education in schools that can improve the health and education of children. By investing in these children’s basic needs, we invest in their future. We invest in our future. Help us take these children out of these brutal environments and put them into the hands of knowledge, sanitary schools, and clean water. You give children the second chance in life that they deserve. Help us make a difference.
