For 17 years The Official Wallace & Ladmo Fan Club's members have preserved the media (and memories) from The Wallace & Ladmo Show. The longest running Kid's Show in TV History. Since 2000 this has been our passion.
We are the only ones preserving the photos, video and audio from the show. With over 90,000 photos, 800 plus audio files and 130 hours of precious video from The Show uploaded to Youtube.
Right now we need to upgrade our technology to help this and our ongoing projects. A new faster and updated computer is needed. Able to store large data, audio and video files. One with a dvd and cd burner and able to hook into old style VCR's to transfer vhs tape to digital. So lost tapes can be transfered without cost to the owners. A new updated scanner, copier and printer. A new digital camera with video.
Also, we are preparing our complete archives for submission to The Library of Congress on CDs/DVDs rated for 1000 years. (These are incredibly expensive ~ $5 a piece.)
This will also help defray increasing costs of internet access and Ladmo Bag contests.
