Cape York Folk Club are a not-for-profit org. and our festival is run by volunteers. We have created a fun music clip to let you know we need help to raise $12,500 to put a roof on our sea container to safely store our festival gear in.
Special thanks goes to the Barefoot Belles, Roadie, Gav Dear from the RoadTrippers, Willy from Ayton, the Typsy Gypsies and all the musicians, dancers and supporters who helped. THANK YOU so much!!
The Wallaby Creek Festival assists cultural development in a remote area through music and the arts. A holistic festival, it respects the tropical environment, inclusiveness and families. All members are volunteers and include professional people, musicians, artists and people from all walks of life. It is a great opportunity for people to exchange skills, learn thru workshops, listen to new and emerging music, make friends and increase their networks, all in the gorgeous grounds of Home Rule Rainforest Lodge and Campgrounds.
We have gotten together to sing a song for you and raise money for this worthwhile cause. Please help us raise the cash we need! Thank YOU! This money goes straight to Cape York Folk Club Inc. :)
