Walker's NOCCA Scholarship

Walker Robert would have turned 32 in March.  In honor of his upcoming birthday, and his memory, I'm raising money for New Orleans Center For Creative Arts Institute (The NOCCA Institute). This account will help fund a scholarship for a promising Classical Instrumental student in need.  Any donation will help make an impact.
