911 for Lucky

Lucky Angelidis was born with Cerebral Palsy.  His condition has progressively worsened over time.  He recently recieved an eviction notice from his current residence and is on the verge of homelessness.   Lucky has reached out to numerous agencies for assistance but "fell through the cracks" and recieved no help.  Both of his parents are deceased and he has minimal family support.  Three years ago, Lucky fell and almost died due to the injuries he sustained.  He incurred over $40,000 of debt due to rehab and medical expenses associated with the incident.  He also needs a nursing aid to assist him with activities of daily living.  Lucky is in urgent need of help!
