Save Damian Black's mums house

My brother Damian, 38, passed away unexpectedly from a brain bleed in early May. He was about to buy out my father's half of the family home after my parents divorce, to save mum having to sell the house. Unfortunately he passed away before the contracts went through. Damian was an organ donor and an absolute hero, he saved the lives of 4 people after his passing by donating his organs. Now less than a month after burying her son,  mum now has to try and come up with the money for that half of the house on her own, or she will have no choice but be forced to sell it to pay out the money, which will leave her without a roof over her head. Damian would be mortified that this is happening to mum. She is 68 years old and unable to borrow that much money from a bank. She literally has no other option.
