Bob's life has dramatically changed when he was
diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) which includes chronic bronchitis & emphysema, as well as possible traces of asbestos. His condition has worsened quickly. A double lung transplant and/or Stem Cell Replacement Therapy are his only hope for survival. These treatments are life-saving but the cost is overwhelming, he needs your support.
Bob was raised in Ashtabula, Ohio, with four older brothers Bill Harper, Doug Harper, and Barry Harper. Robert has been married thirty-three years to Jeanne Harper, and raised two amazing children Erica Harper and Alex Harper, both thriving in medical fields. He has an adorable grandson, Ashton Robert Harper, who is soon to be three years old. Bob wishes to continue to see that little guy grow up with lots of grandpa hugs.
Bob supported his family by working in the Machinist Industry, Health Physics Nuclear Industry, and Project manager in the Cryogenics Field. He never thought he would be faced with limited mobility & become unable to support his family with this life threatening debilitating disease.
Together Bob and his family are committed to supporting him through his medical procedures and recovery.
Bob and his family are facing very high expenses including relocation, travel, anti-rejection medications, lab fees, co-pays, etc. It is financially draining.
